Sit in a quiet place with your legs folded, hands on your knees and eyes closed. Now watch your breathing. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and exhale. Repeat this 10 - 15 times. Play any soothing music in the background sent before.

The Universe is everything we can touch, feel, sense. It includes living things, planets, stars, galaxies, dust clouds , light and even time.

Our Solar System has eight planets which orbit the sun. In order of distance from the Sun they are:

( Pluto which until recently was considered to be the farthest planet, is now considered as a dwarf planet.)
You can make the drawings of the planets on the blank page and colour them.

Boys, Take out your Seasons Book and do pg. no. 91 in the book itself. Follow the example sum given. The digit in the center block has to be added to the digits on the side blocks. 
*So, in sum no. a, you will add 2 + 1 and write the answer above that block.
 *Then you will add 2 + 3 and write the answer above that block. Then add the two digits in two blocks and write the answer on the top most block.
