How are you my boys? Hope you all are fine, healthy, safe and happy. Am sure you are completing your assignments and listening to your parents. All the work should be finished on time and neatly, as it will be checked when you come back to school. So, are you ready for today's work? Here we go........

7:30 - 7:45 - Start with the Lord's Prayer.
Heartfulness - Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and breathe in and out. Let your body and mind relax. Play the calming music in the background given in the link.

7:45 - 7:55 - Do this AQAD question in the rough notebook. Write the heading AQAD.

How do sunglasses help us?
A. They stop the Sun's rays from heating our body.
B. They block out part of the sunlight reaching our eyes.
C. They reduce the amount of heat being lost through our eyes.

1st period - English Literature
LO - *Learn and write the poem.
        *Draw the illustration and colour it. 
                                               

Learn the poem and the glossary words.

2nd period - English Language
LO - *Arrange the words in alphabetical order by looking at the second letter.
         *Choose the correct verb.
Do this work in the E.Language notebook.

3rd period - Library ( Go to Mrs. Khandhari's link )

4th period - Hindi ( Go to Mrs. Malagar's link )

5th period - E.V.S.

LO - *Write the features of living things and learn them.

        *Think and choose the correct option.\

Do this work neatly in the E.V.S. notebook and write C.W.2 on the top right side

How is your E.V.S. activity going on? Are you observing the changes happening with the seed? Which feature of the living thing did you notice? 

6th period - Value education / Catechism ( For V.ed go to Mrs. Sharma's link and for Catechism go to Mrs. Joseph's link )

7th period - Math

LO - *Understand the thousands place.

        *Write the numbers in sequence and numerals for the no. names.

Boys you have already learnt about Hundreds, Tens and Ones place in class 2. Today you will be learning about the Thousands place. Do you remember the largest 3 digit number? Think for a while....Yes its 999, now if we add 1 to it. What answer will we get? Could you guess? It will be 1000 and it is the smallest 4 digit number. Numbers in thousands have 4 digits in them. So 999 + 1 = 1000

Now do this work in the Math notebook and write C.W. 4 on the top right side.

While writing the numbers say them aloud. Eg. One thousand twenty etc.
