Good morning dear students and parents,
How are you my boys? Am sure you finished all the assignments given yesterday. Keep revising the concepts and also reading of the English literature and E.V.S. chapters should be done regularly. Lets start with today's work.
7:30 - 7:45 - Lets join our hands and close our eyes to say the Lord's Prayer.
Heartfulness - Sit in a comfortable posture and breathe in and out. Play a calming music in the background and allow your mind, heart and body to relax.

Look at the picture of an elder tree.
